30-day money-back guarantee
SocAIlpost is operated by Peter Newsome. We want you to be happy with SocAIlpost. If you're not satisfied with your first SocAIlpost subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of that initial order date. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first paid subscription on your account; subsequent renewals are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel at any time (see below) and you can always contact us if something has gone wrong.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us at support@socailpost.com and we'll forward your request to Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by card issuer or bank.
Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or via the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Paddle's role
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's refund handling is also described in Paddle's Refund Policy.
